Physical Therapy Consultation

During this initial physical therapy telephone consultation, you will have the opportunity to explain your concerns and ask questions about our treatment approach which begins with an initial physical therapy evaluation in order to 1) determine the need and 2) prepare a treatment plan. Most evaluations are covered by insurance unless you are a self paying patient. You may proceed with scheduling an initial evaluation during this consultation with our patient advocate.
